Magic wands are stuck in colourful sand. The magic wand evokes nostalgia and childhood memories and arouses curiosity as well as a passion for collecting. But the moment the audience approaches and pulls out the wand, the sand cracks and crumbles: the magic wand pulled out by the audience has hair. This hair makes the cute wand look like a man's genitals or unshaven legs. This work was inspired by that group who create a perfect appearance on the outside with their sweet and beautiful looks, but who also has a hidden side. The work thwarts the mindset of all those who believe only in the outer shell. <Similar, but different worlds> satirises an appearance that is adorable and disgusting at the same time.
